This is a recording of live set I performed for the VMU music faculties end of year concert.

Blue Ruby

I created this piece for a university exam. It's inspired by a technique from a loopop YouTube video "Sampler trick: Steve Reich/William Basinski style phase shifting loops (Digitakt/Model Samples)" where you shift a loop in one ear creating a phasing effect.

Jūratė ir Kastytis

I had the idea for this piece for about 7 years, from when I was in school and we analysed Maironis' poem "Jūratė ir Kastytis". It inspired me so much that when I went home, I immediately created the main melody. It stayed with me until I had the chance to make something with it. This piece follows the plot of the Maironis' poem, and I hope you can immerse yourselves in it.

This piece was created for the 2023 "e.manonata" project/festival, where we, the participants, created music for the Julius Juzeliūnas spatial sound sphere. It is inspired by the slow spring and its battle against winter.
